• Flexible cancelation
  - Any cancelation must be confirmed in writing
  - Up to 14 days before arrival date: postponement of the stay free of charge or free cancellation
  - Less than 14 days or no show or shortened stay: 100% of the total amount of the stay whatever the reason for cancellation
   
• Cancelation by La Ressourçante
  In the event of external events beyond our control and not allowing us to welcome you in good conditions, we could be required to modify the date or cancel your stay. We will then offer you either a refund or a postponement of your stay to a later date within 12 months of the notification of the cancellation
   
• Payment
  We prefer card payments but we give you the possibility to pay by cash, by ANCV holiday vouchers or ANCV connect

A reservation 72 hours in advance is necessary for:

• Table d’hôte menu served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  6 people minimum
• Homemade meal tray for dinner for 2 people
• Picnic basket for 2 people
• Non-contractual photos, the content of our menus may vary with the seasons

Massage sessions:

• The massage sessions will be confirmed to you depending on the availability of the practitioner
• We will contact you once your stay is validated in order to define the massage time with you. We work with only one masseuse, therefore we do not offer massage at the same time.

• Check-in between 5pm and 8pm - Check-out before 11am
• Breakfast is served daily between 8am and 10am
• All rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• We regret that we cannot accept pets
• The use of the lounge is authorized until 9 p.m. to preserve the tranquility of our guests
• Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in keeping with their intended use. Guests undertake to return the rooms in good condition
• Guests are responsible for any damage occurring during their occupancy of the room.
• Guests certify that they have valid civil liability insurance covering their own responsibility and that of any persons accompanying them.
• Guests declare to have read the pool safety rules on this document and the instructions on the notice board on the wall of the building near the pool.
